Summer Break was officially over as of Monday, August 13th. Logan started 6th grade at El Portal Middle School, and I cried (again). He said the only thing he was nervous about was changing into his clothes in front of all the other kids. Luckily P.E. is his last class of the day so he can shower at home. I think I was more nervous about the change to Middle School than he was. Madison and Karli both go to Dent Elementary. Karli is in the 5th grade and Madison started 1st grade. They are growing before our very eyes. (sob, sob, sob!!!) Considering the fact that all the kids started their first day off at new schools, knowing nobody, they all did great. Tommy starts preschool on the 20th. He will be going every Monday and Wednesday for 4 hours. What will I do with all this kidless time on my hands?

Preschool for 4 hours?! That's not preschool, that's daycare... who do you think you're kidding?
Is that per day or per week??!
Actually I'm just wondering because I thought maybe I could sign Tait up for four-hour preschool when he's not in kidergarten!
Funny that you cried over your 6th grader. . . I'm sure I'll do the same thing. Kidless time sounds so out of reach--enjoy it!!!
