Thanks to my Dad, Tommy loves to play Slug Bug. When we are driving down the road Tommy will yell, "Slug Bug blue, I got you."
Well, today we were taking the kids to school and Tommy and I had a conversation that went something like this:
Tommy: "Slug bug, green I got you."
Me: "Tommy you always get me."
Tommy: "I know mom, that's because I'm more better than you." (exact words)
Me: "Yeah.....you always win."
Tommy: "Well if you want to win you have to keep your eyes open."
And there you have it folks, if you want to win at slug bug then "keep your eyes open". I guess I will stop driving with my eyes closed and maybe I will have a chance at beating the little bugger.

Kristin you have no hope. If Tommy is anything like his father you will never win. Landon could spot a slug bug, or any other car for that matter in the dark. He could tell make and model by the shape of the headlights or tail lights.

That's great!! We don't see any slug bugs around here, guess I'll have to wait to get back to the states to play that game! WHEW!
We use to play slug bug all the time...I guess I drove with my eyes shut also, because I was the one always getting slugged. It's a fun game to play with the kids...the older they get they slug harder or they just don't care if they hurt you, the little ones still love you and don't have it out for you yet.
Too funny. He is so cute.
