I am still not quite sure why my cupcakes baked so weird, but a little frosting and decorations certainly did the trick. SEE:
Sorry all I had was the camera on my phone and it isn't so great. We got all 800 cupcakes frosted, decorated and boxed. The fundraiser was a lot of work and a huge success.
