Open House

Tonight Children's Christian Pre-School had their open house. Tommy took us on a tour of his class and showed off all of his school work that he has been doing. We got to meet the class Guinea Pig and the Finches. He showed us where he goes potty at school and where his cubby is with his picture on it. He has amazing teachers that truly love what they do. Tommy has really developed in many areas because of his teachers (and his awesome parents). If you ask him the sounds that the letters make he will have an animal rhyming poem to go with it. They have the cutest ways of helping the children remember the letter sounds. For example "E" is e e e e e eel, I like to fish for my meal. Then they do the short "E" sound which is e e e e e elephant, pick me up I say you can't. Each letter has it's own animal and sound that they have memorized. It is so fun to hear Tommy say them.
Tommy was being very camera shy , but with a little bribery, (a cookie) he was all smiles.
